This technology is a specialized liquid resin formulation designed for stereolithography (SLA) 3D printing — the process where UV light cures liquid plastic into solid objects layer by layer. The key ingredient is a high-performance engineering plastic called poly(aryl ethersulfone), or PAES, which is chemically modified so it can participate in the light-curing reaction. The result is 3D-printed parts that carry the well-known properties of sulfone polymers — heat resistance, chemical resistance, and mechanical toughness — that standard SLA resins simply cannot deliver. By blending this modified polymer with reactive acrylates and a solvent system, the formulation can be processed on conventional SLA equipment.
